Malaysian company M3C GLOBAL and Korean Art Platform MOV Signed MOU

[Munhwa News] M3C GLOBAL, a Malaysian company in which Chu-ha Chin, who was popular with the song 'One summer night' in the 70s, is serving as chairman, and MOV, a Korean art platform, signed an MOU on business cooperation at the Pavilion Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on the 26th of last month.

The two companies decided to promote a classical music festival in Malaysia to promote the Korean classical genre to the whole world. MOV decided to collaborate with M3C GLOBAL in various businesses including performances, trade, and F&B.

M3C GLOBAL is a company that engages in trading, retail, performance, F&B, and investment businesses in Malaysia. MOV, established by Chairman Ki-kyung Kim in early 2022, is a company to capture global talents by recruiting about 30 Korean musicians.

MOV is a purely privately funded company that actively supports its artists so that they can plan, produce, and perform their artworks on their own.

MOV’s Chairman Ki-kyung Kim said, “Since Chu-ha Chin has a high understanding of Korea and is particularly interested in Korean classics, the partnership between MOV and M3C GLOBAL went smoothly. The first overseas expansion will be in Malaysia, but after that, we will do our best to introduce the Korean classical genre to the world.”

Chairman Chu-ha Chin said, “I usually have a lot of exchanges with Korea, and it seems that there are many Korean fans who still remember me. Thanks to your support, I believe this will be a great opportunity to introduce Korean classical music to Malaysia. We are planning a Korean music festival in Malaysia with MOV in the first half of 2023, and I am looking forward to your interest and attention.”
